We will start with the old city of Jerusalem with its 4 quarters: Jewish, Christian, Muslim and Armenian quarter and learn about each one of them. We will see the Jaffa Gate, one of the 7 accessible gates of the old city of Jerusalem; the Christian quarter; the church of the Holy Sepulcher and the via dolorosa (the way of the cross); the Muslim Quarter with the Al Aqsa mosque and the dome of the Rock; the Jewish Quarter and the Western Wall; the Armenian quarter and St. James Cathedral. We will continue to walk inside the old city markets between the different neighborhoods to experience modern life in Jerusalem today.
