Event Access and Customer Responsibilities

To access the Event do any of the following:
– Go to the confirmation email and click Join/View the event
– Visit the Eventbrite event page on BROWSER (Desktop or Mobile) and click Access the event.
On BROWSER (Desktop or Mobile)
– Log into Eventbrite and go to Tickets.
– Find your (FREE) orders, and click “Go to online event page”.
– Once at the online event page, click on “Join Now” Button

Emails and SPAM BOX delivery

Please check ever your spam box and verify any email received from noreply@order.eventbrite.com or contact@world-virtual-tours.com
Follow carefully the instructions inside the emails you receive on order confirmation and as per reminders.

Kindness and seats reservation cancelation

Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before a event start. This gives us the opportunity to fill the event.
You may cancel by the platform where you got ticket, using request form or by email to us.

Tipping and Refund Policy

Every guide that host events on World Virtual Tours on is supported entirely by your tips,.

All our Virtual Tours are FREE TO JOIN and YOUR SUPPORT make them possible: JUST LEAVE A TIP, WHATEVER YOU WANT.
The majority of your tip supports the Guide, the rest lets our group continue to carry out our initiative.

The attendee voluntarily and spontaneously can decide the amount and authorizes the transaction, without any obligation as per our terms of service.
Stripe or Paypal payment service always sent a confirmation receipt after the donation.

If you request a refund for your donation, it will be processed by us so long as the request is made 24 hours in advance of the start of the Tour Service.

TERMS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The sending of booking and reminder Emails is not related to World Virtual Tours, is handled by external systems instead (Eventbrite, TickeTailor, etc), depending on where the customer reserve his own general admission ticket.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NON-RECEIPT OF EMAILS OR FOR PROBLEMS WITH YOUR MAILBOX, FILTERS AND ANY CAUSE THAT MAY PREVENT YOU FROM RECEIVING LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS.

TOUR STARTING TIME and Timezone Issues

THE Customer is invited to PAY CLOSE ATTENTION to Time Zone and Starting Times and the short-end links provided

We HIGHLY suggest you add the event to your calendar to avoid time zone issues.
You can ever convert Starting Times to your local time zone to stay sure about the starting time.
